So you wanted to know a little more about us...

Murray Brack 

Murray helped co-found Blue Castle Corporation and has been working with SeisWare since its inception. Before Blue Castle, Murray was a Support Manager for five years and prior to that was involved with Seismic Data Processing. Currently his focus is with the IT and HR side of the company, but on occasion he does some support for SeisWare as well.
Murray has a B.Sc. in Geophysics from the University of Calgary.  

Alana Chin 

Alana has been with Blue Castle Corporation since November of 2004. She is in charge of the creation and design of the Blue Castle web page. She is also working on improving and updating the look and functionality of our call database. As well, Alana is running our Getting Started in SeisWare course and is in the process of creating a Quick Start guide that will appear in movie format for our new users.
Alana received a B.A.Sc in Geological Engineering (Applied Geophysics option) from the University of BC in 2004. Alana is currently taking courses to improve her customer service and work/life balance in the workplace.

Ed Chow

Ed helped co-found Blue Castle Corporation and has been working with SeisWare since its inception. He began his career in Seismic Processing but has been supporting Seismic Interpretation software since 1993. He is still very active in the group and is considered the SeisWare guru. Ed is typically in charge of large project conversions and dataload projects (especially if problematic data is involved).
Ed has a B. Sc. in Geological Engineering, majoring in Geophysics from the University of Saskatchewan.

Catherine Keatley

Catherine has been with Blue Castle since April 2004. She is currently away on maternity leave but we hope to have her back on the support team soon!
Catherine has a B. Sc. (Honors) in Geological Engineering from Queen's University. She also has a B. Ed. from the University of Calgary.

Jeremy Keeler

Jeremy is in charge of running the support group at Blue Castle Corporation. He has been with SeisWare since March 2003 and has been given the responsibility to make sure the Blue Castle support group is happy and running as efficiently as possible. He also is running and writing the Advance Interpretation Course offered by Blue Castle.
Jeremy has a B. Sc in Geophysics which he received from the University of Calgary in 2003. He is aiming for a management certificate and taking courses to improve his role in the group.

Huy Kha

Huy joined Blue Castle Corporation in November of 2004. As well as handling the day to day support questions, he is in charge of running and writing the Data Loading and Data management courses. He has recently taken on Blue Castle’s day to day IT situations and problems.
Huy received a B. Sc in Geophysics from the University of Calgary in 2004 and is currently taking courses to improve his understanding of IT.

Leah Manzi

Leah has been with the Blue Castle Corporation support team since June 2006. Her responsibilities include answering support questions, dealing with workstation clients, and managing and loading client data. Leah is working on updating Blue Castle’s help and how to documents.
Leah has recently completed a diploma in Exploration Information Technology at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and is currently working on a Geology degree at the University of Calgary.

James Wenzel

James has been with the Blue Castle support team since June 2006. James is in charge of organizing, deleting and backing up of client workstation data. He is also working hard on the phones and is improving his knowledge of SeisWare.
James received a diploma in Exploration Information Technology at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. He is currently taking courses to expand his training expertise and customer support skills.
